  • Information for analytics – Privaci uses Squarespace to collect information about your browser, network, and device, as well as web pages you visited prior to coming to this Website, and your IP address.   • Information from cookies and other tracking technologies – We collect cookies from your web browser when you navigate through our Website. How We Use Information

The information Privaci collects is primarily intended to respond to your requests or inquiries. We use the information collected to do the following:

  • Provide and improve our Website – We use collected information to analyze how you use our Website and improve Website functionality, quality, and user experience. This includes using aggregated and anonymized data to improve our Website.

Privaci retains your information for as long as is necessary for us to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce rights, or as is reasonably necessary for our business. We retain information necessary for the purposes of maintaining business records.

If you enter credit card information on the Site in connection with a purchase of a product, we do not store that information, which is sent directly from your browser to a third-party service provider we use to process payment card transactions. The service provider is required to comply with PCI DSS.  Although we use reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security in all situations. International Transfers

However, the CCPA does not apply to us as Privaci does not: (1) have at least $25 million in annual gross revenues; (2) buy, sell, share and/or receive the personal information of at least 50,000 California consumers, households or devices, per year; or (3) derive at least 50 percent of annual revenue from selling California consumers’ personal information.
